You’re invited to a special two-hour training led by Joni and Friends as we prepare to launch In His Image, our new special needs ministry.
This training is open to everyone—not only those considering a direct role in the ministry. We encourage Sunday School teachers, Safety Team members, Welcome Team members, individuals who have a family member or acquaintance with special needs, and anyone who would like to help our church become a more welcoming and supportive community for people of all abilities.
Together, we will learn practical ways to understand, welcome, and support individuals with special needs and their families. Attending the training does not commit you to serving—it is simply an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and discover how each of us can help create a place where every person is valued, included, and reminded that they are created in the image of God.
The training will be held in the Lecture Room and will be recorded. If you are unable to attend but would like the recording sent to you, please complete the registration link and indicate accordingly.
