Reflection: Think about the last trip you were excited to take. You probably asked questions, checked
the details, and imagined what it would be like when you arrived. The disciples also had questions about
what would happen next. Jesus didn't give them a complete schedule. He gave them a mission, and the
angels reminded them that He would return. You may not understand every detail of the end times, and
faithful Christians don't agree on every timeline. But you can know the central promise: Jesus is coming
again. Let that truth inspire curiosity rather than speculation or fear. Open your Bible and learn what God
has actually said. Maybe start with the passages from Sunday's sermon, or invite a friend to read with
you. The goal isn't to win an argument about the future. It's to know Christ more deeply and live today
with quiet, steady hope in His enduring faithfulness.
Application Question: What specific step will you take this week to understand Christ’s return more
deeply and share that hope with someone?
Weekend Reflection
Before church this weekend, look back over what stood out to you: God's power in creation, His
faithfulness to His promises, and the hope of Christ's return. Share one question or encouragement with
someone in your church family, and come ready to worship the God whose Word can be trusted.
