Reflection: Pressure rarely creates something new in you; it exposes what is already present. A peaceful morning can make patience feel easy, but criticism, inconvenience, or misunderstanding reveals what your heart has been holding. That is not meant to shame you. It is an invitation to let God show you where He wants to grow you. When pressure brings out anger, defensiveness, fear, or the need to win, pause before explaining it away. Ask what that reaction is revealing. Jesus is not surprised by what comes out of you. He already knows, and He is ready to transform it. Growth begins when you stop blaming the pressure and start listening to what it exposes. Today, pay attention to your first reactions. They may become a doorway into deeper surrender. Pressure does not have to define you, but it can reveal where you still need the grace and power of Christ.

Application Question: What recent reaction revealed an area of your heart that you need to surrender to Jesus?
