Reflection: Jesus crosses a boundary most people avoided. He sits by a well, notices a woman, and begins a conversation that moves from water to worship. He does not treat her like a project. He listens, asks, answers, and reveals Himself with patience. Missions in your daily rhythm often begins the same way. Listen with care. Pay attention to the person behind the opinion, the pain underneath the joke, the longing beneath the busyness. You do not have to force every conversation into a presentation. You can be present enough to hear where someone is thirsty. Around the world and across the street, people are carrying stories they rarely get to tell. When you listen with love, you reflect the Savior who came near to you. Today, ask better questions, leave room for honest answers, and trust God to open doors that hurry would have missed this week with humility.
Application Question: Where have you been too rushed, distracted, or opinionated to truly listen to someone God may be asking you to love?
