Reflection: God never intended His faithfulness to become a collection of memories. Psalm 78 pictures one generation telling the next what God has done so that those coming behind them can set their hope in Him. Your stories matter, the painful ones too. Someone younger may need to hear how God met you in grief, carried your marriage through strain, corrected your pride, or held you when prayer seemed unanswered. You do not need a testimony or an answer for every question. You need the courage to be honest and available. It is easy to look at another generation and criticize what seems careless, impatient, or unfamiliar. But criticism rarely changes anyone. Coaching requires you to move closer, learn a name, listen before speaking, and share what God taught you without pretending you learned it easily. Wisdom becomes ministry when you stop protecting it and begin passing it down in relationship.
